| KTR Product & Service Warranty: |

KTR Corporation warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service. Any parts returned within one year from date of sale with
transportation charges prepaid will be replaced free, should an examination by KTR disclose that they are defective.

THIS WARRANTY IS KTR'S ONLY WARRANTY OF ITS PRODUCTS AND IS
EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE
PART OF KTR, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Warranty coverage shall not apply to any products that have been repaired or altered by anyone
other than KTR Corporation. This warranty coverage shall not apply to any products subject to
misuse due to negligence or accident, or to any products made by KTR which are not operated
or installed in accordance with the instructions of KTR or which have been operated beyond the rated capacity of the products.

No warranty of any kind is made in respect of any analyses or other services provided to the customer by KTR to
assist in the selection of a suitable product. Such analyses and services are provided as a customer service only.
The purchaser is responsible for testing of the installed product and for application suitability.
